Fisherman in Tamsui

DSC08301

Tamsui is the name of the main river of Taipei city, Taiwan, but can also refer to a northern historical district where explorers, merchants and migrants arrived for the very first time on the island. Today, the place is famous for its markets, historical sites and cultural heritage. Facing the Bali district mountain, this quiet fisherman wears a old fashion chinese hat that few people still wear today in Taiwan.
